A couple of hot collectibles at this time – according to the flea market collecting magazines – are vintage linens and amateur paintings and paint by numbers paintings. Farmhouse style decorating is really popular, too. There are some fun farm paintings available, along with mason jars, egg baskets and old utilitarian galvanized pieces. Old funnels make great pieces to hold your bracelets and watches, too.
Who could possible give away grandma’s linens? Well, there are plenty who do and we find them whilst out hitting the sales. Many of our dealers offer a nice variety of embroidered lines and vintage towels and tablecloths.
