Come One, Come All!!!

Happy Friday to everyone!  With this wonderful FALL California weather we are having, we are gearing up for our outdoor FLEA MARKET – Parking Lot Sale for tomorrow, October 5th – 8 AM-3 PM.  The weatherman forecasts a lovely day in the mid 80’s for tomorrow, too.  Bring a jacket for the cooler morning temps!  Fresh donuts and coffee will be available and are always free to our patrons.  :)  Just come inside and look for the pink boxes over by the refreshment area.

While inside the store, take a stroll down our isles to take a look for that special something that might just tickle your fancy.  Our dealers have been bringing in new items all week and we have a few new vendors to welcome to our family as well.  Many of our vendors have been freshening up their spaces and adding new merchandise.  They work hard to make our store one of the best around!

So shall we take a virtual stroll?  And trust me, this is just a SMIDGE of what is here.  I will be posting more photos here soon of some fun stuff.  So do check back!

Pumpkins, Scarecrows…Oh My!

From cute vintage Halloween to frightening 3-D photos (shown above), there’s a little bit of everything for the discriminating collector.  Before you know it, the ghoulish touches will soon be replaced with all things Christmas.  Yes, Christmas will be here in 3 months.  Where has this year gone?  Enjoy these beautiful fall days!

Fall Is In The Air!….

 

….and we are LOVING the cooler weather here!  It makes us smile!

Not only are the cooler temps welcomed with a smile, but all of the wonderful fall decorating is making the store look fall festive with all of the autumn shades.  Our dealers are really working hard in their spaces to bring in items that will be super fun to use in your home to decorate with..or collect.  More to come later.

A HOT Time In August!!

 

Under blue skies and warm temps, we held our annual “Hot August Nights” Custom/Classic Car Show and outdoor flea market on August 3rd.  Live music played by the band “Vintage” (how appropriate!), Tri-Tip sandwiches cooked on the Barb-E, and plenty of wonderful vintage findings were available from a large host of vendors.  Customers casually strolled and shopped through our back parking lot as they mingled, nibbled on donuts and sipped hot Joe.  Across the street, custom cars lined up like toy soldiers..all shiny and stylin’ their decked out engines, wheels and interiors.  Ask anyone about their car and their face lights up with excitement.  So cool!

 

 

Sharon Navarro, shown below, is not only a vendor at our store, but she also coordinates the car show end of our event.  Many thanks to Sharon for her hard work, continued dedication and big smile! 

 

There were custom hot rods, vintage trucks, model T’s, and ‘50’s crusin’ style Chevys.  There were even a few “cherried” out newer cars.

 

It was a fun day for all!  Thanks goes to everyone who made this event what it was.  Our next outdoor flea market is on Saturday, September 7th and the last one for the year, weather permitting, will be November 2nd.

The Shop As of Today

Lots of new stuff coming in each day!  Our vendors are doing an amazing job with merchandising their spaces and changing up their booths with new inventory.  With fall approaching, there will be a lot of new seasonal items coming in that the ladies will love to decorate their homes with.  With camera in hand, this is just some of the loveliness within our walls.
