A Little Ho, Ho, Ho & A Lot of Fun!

 

The Christmas and Holiday season is right on our heals and our store is beaming gloriously in all Holiday fashion.  What FUN we have had these past few weeks as we watch new items being brought in daily by our vendors.  It’s always such a treat to discover what is unfurled from all of the packing materials and placed out for sale.  As a collector, it is exciting to see if something new must make it into my personal shopping basket to deck my own halls with!

Just walking through the store the other day and snapping these photos put me in the Christmas spirit.  From cute Santa faces…

 

and plenty of vintage ornaments…

…and trees decked out in festive ornaments…

…to happy little snowmen…

…and holiday aprons..well, we just have about everything imaginable.

A twinkle here…

 

…and a tree adorned in nothing but vintage cookie cutters there – all for sale, I might add…

…and all tied with pretty ribbons, too.  The work has been done!  Today a customer bought 8 of them to hang on her tree at home and she was happy that the ribbons were already glued on.

 

Most of of the vendors have been adding items daily, like this cool wreath with nothing but miniature teddy bears on it.

 

Cool Santa’s tucked in here and there – in all shapes and sizes, from stuffed ones to figurines and even..

 

 

..salt and peppers.

..and sweet little angel candle holders.

 

Dress your table with vintage Christmas linens..

 

 

..and why not put a vintage quilt around the tree as a tree skirt?

 

Lots of vintage Christmas books to simply put out for the little visitors that come to your house – or add them for stocking stuffers for the grandchildren.

 

There are handmade stamped tags to use on your gifts and you can even find vintage wrapping in a few spaces as well.  Dare I say I have bought many gift tag packages to use and LOVE them!

 

Our Christmas shop is in full swing and all items have now been marked down to 25 percent off.  On December 14th, all remaining items will be half off in the Christmas shop, which is separate from our main store.  Everyone is enjoying the special items there and we have many repeat customers – and those who have come back two to three times in one week.  Yes, it is that much fun!

 

And in the business of it all, lets not forget the real reason for the season…and with that said, there are many nativity scenes in the store for sale, too.

 

December 7th will be our holiday open house and the entire store will be at least 10 percent off.  Some vendors are having larger sales in their space.  Be sure to stop by for food and fun.  In the evening, from 5-7, there will be a vendor meet and greet for our customers.  Come meet the faces behind the spaces!  :)

Wishing You and Yours A Happy Thanksgiving Day!

 

All of our staff and vendors would like to wish you and your family a beautiful Thanksgiving Day!  And for those serving in our military and could not make it to be with their families, we send our love and gratitude for their sacrifices made to serve our Country.

Our store will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, however we will resume normal shop hours, 11am-6pm, on Friday.  Our Holiday open house will be on Saturday, December 7th.  Several vendors will be discounting their items and, if not, there will be a 10% store wide sale.  Come do some holiday shopping with us.  Our Christmas store is open and going strong!

Come One, Come All!!!

Happy Friday to everyone!  With this wonderful FALL California weather we are having, we are gearing up for our outdoor FLEA MARKET – Parking Lot Sale for tomorrow, October 5th – 8 AM-3 PM.  The weatherman forecasts a lovely day in the mid 80’s for tomorrow, too.  Bring a jacket for the cooler morning temps!  Fresh donuts and coffee will be available and are always free to our patrons.  :)  Just come inside and look for the pink boxes over by the refreshment area.

While inside the store, take a stroll down our isles to take a look for that special something that might just tickle your fancy.  Our dealers have been bringing in new items all week and we have a few new vendors to welcome to our family as well.  Many of our vendors have been freshening up their spaces and adding new merchandise.  They work hard to make our store one of the best around!

So shall we take a virtual stroll?  And trust me, this is just a SMIDGE of what is here.  I will be posting more photos here soon of some fun stuff.  So do check back!
